Casa Nahas

Casa nahas is located in “El Sargento/La Ventana, Baja California sur” known for its beautiful contrasto d the desertic landscape and for the practice of aquatic sports, such as windsurfing, kiteboarding, spearfishing and others.

Casa Nahas was inspired in the natural environment of La Ventana, using artesanal technics of  construction like Rammed Earth, Brick Vaults and Hand Made Color Concrete Tiles. Its gardens are composed of native vegetation.

Casa Nahas sits on 960 m2 lot with 2 independent modules, design to be used by different groups at the same time. The modules add 167 m2 and are joined by 71 m2 of commonn áreas including pool, jacuzzi and terraces. Both modules have spectacular views.
